First off, we are very sorry you didn’t totally enjoy your honey!
Returns can be completed within 15 days of when you receive your items if you are not satisfied with the product for any reason.
We will issue a full refund of the product costs, including the original individual shipping costs for that particular product, but not the entire order shipping if it was grouped with other products not being returned.
Please do let us know the exact reason for the return as well so we can improve our products to correct any future problems.
